My commitment to my buyers:  to do what ever it takes to find the ideal home. I search the MLS, preview houses, work with other agents -- my commitment is to give you 100% effort until we find the perfect home at the right price.  I like to work with buyers in different price ranges at the same time.  I limit the number of buyers that I work with at a time so I can give the most service to those I have.

My commitment to my sellers:  to get the highest price in the shortest amount of time, to use every means possible to widely market your property -- the internet, networking with other agents (Peninsula-wide), newspapers, open house. Negotiate for your best interests, facilitate the escrow period and ensure that the transaction comes to a successful close for you.

The bottom line for my buyers and my sellers: continuous communication and updates as to how we're doing and the progress and possibilities available to you.

Active listening is a key feature of my method of doing business. Your best interests are my first and top priority. 

I list and sell properties throughout the mid-Peninsula.  I'm based in and live in Menlo Park, but have actively sold and listed homes in Palo Alto, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Redwood City, San Carlos, San Mateo, Burlingame, Foster City. 

I work with first-time buyers and experienced buyers and sellers.  Coming from a teaching background, I understand the principles of being prepared and being thorough. I am detail oriented, but also have a sense of humor!
